My media player is not working properly and I want to change to 10 player...|||First go to your control panel and selet the option to uninstall software. Then you will find the option in the upper left corner to view your updates. Select that from there you can find the media player 12 and uninstall it and look online for media player 10 to install.
It may be that all you need to do is uninstall media player 12 and then reinstall it from the windows update website. Try that first to see if it fixes your problem.
