Does anyone know how old esmerelda is in the Disney verison of the hunchback of notre dame?

Does it ever say? In the book she's 16. But to me in the Disney version she looks older anywhere from 20 to 30.|||She is around 16 years old... I know she looks older but this is disney so they lie and say shes a teen lol
