How to can i transfer from one verison phone to another?

I have an Envy touch, and i dropped it too much and it is turning off, a friend is giving me a blackberry but verizon doesnt have sim cards...how to i transfer to the blackberry?!|||If it is a Verizon phone, you can activate it by calling *228 from the phone and choosing option 1. Don't forget about the data plan that comes with a Blackberry.
