What are the phone rates from Massachusetts to Maine on Verison?

...and this is not on cell phones; the calls would be made on home phones both ways...|||It sounds like Verizon is your local phone company.

This would have no impact on charges. The call will be completed and billed by your long distance carrier. Your standard state-to-state rates will apply.

If you do not have a long distance provider, you will probably not be able to make the call.

If you ARE able to complete the call, (and, it is not certain that you will) you will be "casually billed" ....Casual billing is where a random long distance carrier will pick up the call and they will bill you their maximum rate. This can range from .50 to $5.00 per minute...and, yes, I have seen calls that were 5 dollars per minute billed in this manner.

A much better option is to go to a grocery store, a convenience store, a pharmacy....walmart...anywhere...and purchase a long distance card. It will have an 800 # and a PIN that you can use for the call.|||1.9 cents a minute without any tax or fee + bonus minutes
