I want to get the verison xv6900 but dont want the internet?

I want the phone but I don't want to pay for the unlimited email internet ect. If I do pay by KB what things will I be charged for? Like checking weather internet explorer or microsoft word? Please be specific. Also is it easy not to go on to those things by accident so I don't get charged?|||You would be charged for ANYTHING that used data/
