How does verison unlimited calling work?

wut time does it start and when it does can you call/ txt non verison ppl?? or only verison ppl?|||Verizon Unlimited Calling lets you call anyone out of state, different area codes, etc. And you can text anyone out of state or has a different area code if you have unlimited text message. And you get to start calling anyone anytime.|||for the unlimited calling it starts after 9 pm i think. i cant remember. but to txt non-verizon people u need to have a plan. my txting plan is unlimited to verizon and 500 free to non-verizon. this is $10 and it really works good. if u have alot of non-verizon friend try the 2500 free txt for $20. hope this helps!
