How do I open a downloaded verison of a game?

I have downloaded both Chuzzle and Bejeweled. When I try to open them, the screen to open the game or purchase it, comes up. I click on open the game and the screen disappears but the game doesn't open. Can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong?|||yeah, it happens some times, it mostly happens from Reflexive Arcade games and other games, all u have to do is to re-install windows, it happend with me many times!|||unstall it ND REINSTALL IT
